Planning
- FREE IT Health Check
- We offer all new clients a Free on-site IT Health Check where we will spend up to 4hrs looking over your existing systems and talking with your staff, then we will produce a report for you detailing what we have found and any recommendations that we may have. This is a no obligation service and is available to new and old clients who have not had an IT Health Check from us in the last 12 months.

and ISO17799:2005 and consists of a review of both your physical and IT environment,

- TechCare PG - TechCare PG provides support for businesses who do not want to
commit to an annual or monthly contract, TechCarePG provides an on-site engineer
on a next available slot basis (normally within 5 working days) if the issue is
urgent a Priority Callout is available which guarantees a visit within 1 working
day.
- TechCare1 - TechCare1 support is ideal for smaller businesses
with standalone PCs, peer-to-peer or client-server networks. Our technical team
provides fast expert telephone/email and remote support based on a monthly
contract to keep your IT systems running smoothly. Where issues cannot be
resolved remotely we can provide On-Site engineer visits at a discounted rate
for all TechCare 1 customers.
- TechCare1 Plus - TechCare1 Plus support provides the same
quality service as our TechCare1 service plus the additional benefits of
unlimited remote support plus a number of on-site support sessions included in
the contract.
- TechCare2 - TechCare2 support is a comprehensive support package
designed to take care of all of your IT concerns, it is ideal for small to
medium businesses with a client-server network who do not have a full time
resident IT technician. Our technical team will provide you fast expert on-site,
telephone/email and remote support based on a monthly contract providing you
with a managed support package to keep your IT systems running smoothly Where
issues cannot be resolved remotely we can provide On-Site engineer visits at a
discounted rate for all TechCare2 customers.
- TechCare2 Plus - TechCare2 Plus support provides the same quality service as our TechCare2 service plus the additional benefits of unlimited remote support plus a number of on-site support sessions included in the contract.
- TechCare PG - TechCare PG provides support for businesses who do not want to

contract provides access to experienced engineers to help in the speedy
resolution of operating system issues that may arise, such as system crashes,
driver incompatibilities, application incompatibilities and other relevant
issues.
- By supporting both hardware and Operating System software, Securion
Technology becomes a single point of contact for all system problems, meaning
that customers do not have to spend valuable time deciding on whether a system
problem is related to the hardware or Operating System.
- Additional support contracts can also be taken out for support of Server applications such as IIS, SQL and Exchange. The majority of the issues logged by our support engineers are resolved over the phone or by remote diagnostics and fault resolution.
- We provide support for all current versions of
Microsoft, Linux and Citrix Server Operating Systems. The software support
contract provides access to experienced engineers to help in the speedy
resolution of operating system issues that may arise, such as system crashes,
driver incompatibilities, application incompatibilities and other relevant
issues.
- Security/Incident Support
- We understand that security issues can be difficult to remedy
and security systems hard to maintain. A Security support contract provides
experienced security engineers to help diagnose, fix, problem solve and update
your security infrastructure to ensure your systems are always as secure as
possible at all times.
- We also provide an emergency 24x7 Incident Response call out service to registered clients in the event of a major security event, this involves forensic investigation of the security breach and remedial action taken immediately to get your system secured and back in service as quickly as possible.
